Hyundai Names Halper V.P. for Service

Chuck Halper has been named vice president of service for Hyundai Motor America in Fountain Valley. He had been a director of service. Prior to joining Hyundai in 1997, he was operations strategy and analysis manager at Nissan Motor Corp.

* Sandy Meyer has been appointed general manager of the Lake Forest Community Assn., managed by Professional Community Management Inc. She previously served as general manager at Huntington Landmark Senior Adult Community Assn.

* James M. Reeley has joined Epic Partners as director of operations for the West Coast, based in Santa Ana. He was formerly with Systems Management Specialists, most recently as senior account manager. Before that, Reeley was with Denny’s Inc. as data center manager and programmer analyst.

* Richard W. Newman has been appointed director of special operations for Net-Strike Worldwide in Irvine, a subsidiary of Ernst & Young LLP. He has been a manager at Ernst & Young for the past three years.

* Paul Zaleski is the new director of design for Kaufman Meeks + Partners Inc.’s Newport Beach office. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s multifamily and commercial design.

* Ken Sakata has been named vice president of Newport Printers in Irvine. He had been director of sales and marketing.
