The Irvine manufacturer of surgical lasers said it lost $997,000, or 9 cents a share, in the third fiscal quarter, compared with a net loss of $1.1 million, or 10 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose 14% to $1.6 million.
