Pollution Research Reports Net Loss, Drop in Revenue

Pollution Research & Control Corp. in Glendale reported a net loss of $647,000 for the second quarter ended June 30, compared with net income of $453,000 for the second quarter of 1999. Revenue dropped to $1 million from $2.3 million. The losses are primarily related to a lack of China contract shipments during the current year, the company said.
The company designs, manufactures and markets air pollution measurement instruments.
