Keith Cos. Acquires Design Engineer Firm

Keith Cos. in Costa Mesa said Thursday it agreed to acquire Crosby Mead Benton & Associates, an engineering company specializing in land development design, infrastructure design and landscape architecture. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

The transaction is expected to close within 90 days.

Crosby Mead, which is based in Santa Ana, was founded in 1987 and has 65 employees. Keith Cos., which has more than 500 employees, is an engineering and consulting services company.
