Davidian Case Judge Requests Evidence

The judge who presided over the Branch Davidians’ wrongful death lawsuit against the government has ordered that new evidence in the case be turned over to his court. U.S. District Judge Walter S. Smith’s order said the U.S. attorney’s office in Waco found relevant evidence and may be reluctant to turn it over. The judge still has to make a final ruling in the case.
