Local police in central Bosnia-Herzegovina arrested a Bosnian Croat suspected of having committed war crimes during the country’s 1992-95 war, local and international officials said. Dominik Ilijasevic, 35, was reportedly arrested in front of a restaurant in the central Bosnian town of Kiseljak and transferred to the local court in nearby Zenica. The court in Zenica had ordered his arrest early this month. According to unofficial sources quoted by the Bosnian news agency ONASA, Ilijasevic was among Bosnian Croat troops who killed and burned at least 16 Muslim residents in the central Bosnian village of Stupni Do during an early morning attack in 1993.
