Charges were dropped against two Chicago Cub fans pulled from a brawl with several Dodger players during a Wrigley Field game in May.

Construction workers Ronald Camacho, 33, and James Maness, 31, had been charged with disorderly conduct. Each faced up to 30 days in jail and a $1,500 fine.

They were accused of taunting and lunging at Dodger players and security guards after the players rushed the stands.

Judge Marvin Luckman stopped the trial Monday after prosecutors presented their case.

The judge ruled that prosecutor Mark Cumba did not prove the men were responsible for the brawl.
