Plane Crash
Regarding the crash of Alaska Airlines Flight 261, Feb. 1-2: When are the media going to stop shoving microphones and cameras into the faces of grieving friends and families of airplane crash victims? One can’t help but imagine reporters panting like ambulance-chasing dogs at the prospect of turning such tragedies into career-making journalism. The only decent thing to be said about such sensation-seeking journalists is that they make the rest of us feel morally superior.
