Sellstrom, 53, was senior vice president of Times Mirror Magazines, president of its TransWorld Media division and chief executive of Skiing Co. Before joining the magazine industry at TransWorld Publications in 1989, Sellstrom was a training industry executive with McGraw-Hill Cos.
