Hagman and Weather Towers

Larry Hagman, goofy hat and all, gets far too much press.

From what I have read, there have been no problems with the radar towers that are used throughout the U.S, so the National Weather Service must have done its homework on the (possible) effects from them.

Just because you have a lot of money does not make you right about these towers.

They are much needed because the storms come off the Pacific and we need land-based readings to help predict their outcome--just ask the residents of Malibu, La Conchita and other flood-troubled areas.

Information from this tower allows much needed time to do what’s needed to protect those in harm’s way.

If I lived up there, I would much rather have that tower than Hagman’s mansion, treehouse and radar shield to look at! I am sure that he can find a room in his 25,000-sqare-foot home to hide in, if he is that worried.

Where’s Jeannie when you need her?
