WESTMINSTER

The City Council on Tuesday authorized the Westminster Redevelopment Agency to issue multifamily housing bonds for construction of a senior apartment complex to be located at the northeast corner of Brookhurst and Cunningham avenues. The 117-unit Brookhurst Assisted Living Apartments are being developed by Goldrich, Kest and Associates.
