* Don Iwerks, co-founder of Iwerks Entertainment, has been named chairman and interim chief executive of the Burbank-based company, following the resignation of Charles Goldwater, the company said.

Iwerks Entertainment provides large-format theater systems and ride simulation and other specialty entertainment attractions for theme parks, museums, nightclubs and other venues.

* Southern California Presbyterian Homes in Glendale said it has promoted Sally Little to vice president of affordable housing and Marc Herrera to vice president of skilled nursing facilities. Both have been with the company for more than a decade.

Little had been director of affordable housing since 1996. Herrera had served as executive director of Winsor Manor retirement community in Glendale since 1993 and director of nursing facility administration for Presbyterian Homes since 1999.

Southern California Presbyterian Homes provides housing and health care for more than 2,500 seniors living in retirement, skilled nursing care and affordable housing communities in Southern California.

* Richard Moskowitz has been appointed chief executive and elected to the board of directors of Perceptronics Inc. in Woodland Hills, the company said. Moskowitz’s background is in marketing and sales. He has been involved in several Internet start-up ventures and founded California Connection, a women’s clothing company.

Perceptronics develops interactive 3-D simulation technology for the Internet and other networks.

* Martin M. Dresser will lead National Technical Systems computer software-hardware testing group, the Calabasas-based company said. Dresser had overseen marketing for the group. He will focus on the growing test market for Internet-based programming and hardware systems.

NTS provides staffing and testing services to the information technology industry.

* Joe Jusko has been named associate vice president of the Seeley Co., the Encino company said. He has generated more than $200 million worth of business for the company in the last 15 years.

Seeley is a commercial real estate company and an owner-member of Colliers International Property Consultants.

* Rodger Woolery has been promoted to vice president of post-production services at Warner Bros. Pictures’ Idea Place in Burbank, the company said. Woolery has produced several independent advertising campaigns for the company. With Woolery in charge, Warner Bros. said it plans to expand the in-house creative advertising agency into a full-service post-production facility.

Currently, the Idea Place produces film advertising campaigns for Warner Bros.

* David M. Meadows has been named vice president of California health programs for Health Net, the Woodland Hills company said. He will be responsible for Health Net’s Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and Access for Infants and Mothers programs, which serve 500,000 patients.

Health Net, a subsidiary of Foundation Health Systems Inc., is a health plan network with 2.2 million members in California.
