Franklin Telecom Reports Net Loss for 2nd Quarter

Franklin Telecom in Westlake Village reported a net loss for the second quarter ended Dec. 31 of $1.9 million compared with a net loss of $1.3 million for the same quarter the previous year. Revenue dropped to $886,000 from $1.2 million.
