The Newport Beach provider of diagnostic imaging and information, treatment and related management services posted fiscal second-quarter net income of $1.3 million, or 14 cents a share, down 35% from the $2 million, or 21 cents a share, for the like period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 increased 19% to $46.1 million.
