Teachers

You and the teacher “study” (Feb. 9) add insult to educational injury by insinuating that “smarter teachers” leave teaching. Perhaps smarter teachers believe they are performing a noble and needed job, regardless of the obstacles. Where would we all be if “Jesus left teaching to sell Coca-Cola”? (Add the corporate entity of your choice.)
