ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

BREA

* North Berry Street at North Lambert Road: An injury traffic accident was reported at 3:41 p.m. Thursday.

* Delphia Avenue: Malicious mischief was reported in the 300 block at 8:06 a.m. Thursday.

DANA POINT

* New York Court: A woman reported hearing a noise next to her house at 10:30 p.m. Thursday. Deputies found nothing out of the ordinary.

* Pointe Sutton: The front door of a workout room was found vandalized at 7:30 a.m. Thursday in the 32000 block. Deputies believe someone entered the room and drank beer there all night.

* Tiburon: A man reported a neighbor’s daughter allegedly threatened him and his wife at 2 p.m. Thursday in the 24000 block. Deputies said the dispute was resolved when they arrived.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Appalachian Street: Someone stole a python from a terrarium in a garage of a home in the 17400 block at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Coast Highway: A homeless man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 3:59 p.m. Saturday near Forest Avenue.

* Coast Highway: Two residents were trapped in a broken elevator at 4:54 p.m. Friday at Laguna Royale Apartments in the 31400 block.

LA PALMA

* Barbi Lane: A burglary was reported in the 7900 block at 12:48 p.m. Sunday.

PLACENTIA

* Arrowhead Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 1300 block at 12:39 Sunday.

* Bastanchury Road at Valencia Avenue: A drunk driver was reported at 1 a.m. Sunday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida Victoria: A loud party was reported at 4:15 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block. Deputies said a woman agreed to end the party.

* Avenida Victoria: A loud party was reported at 3:20 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block. Deputies said the residents agreed to end the party.

* Avenida Victoria: A loud party was reported at 3:40 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block. Deputies said a man agreed to end the party.

* Buena Vista: Loud music was reported at 2:10 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block. Deputies said a resident agreed to turn down the volume.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Los Rios Street: A man, whom deputies said appeared to be drunk, mistakenly dialed 911 in the 31000 block at 11:45 p.m. Thursday.

SANTA ANA

* Auto Mall Drive: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after taking off his clothes and yelling inside a car dealership in the 1500 block at 3:40 p.m. Friday.

YORBA LINDA

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 20000 block at 2:26 p.m. Saturday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 19000 block at 1:07 a.m. Friday.

* Berryhill Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 5400 block at 2:08 p.m. Thursday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Aliso Creek Road: A shoplifter was taken into custody at 5:40 a.m. Friday in the 26500 block. A man was cited and later released.

* Blue Jay Drive: A window in the 20 block was reportedly broken with a beer bottle at 12:45 p.m. Friday. There are no suspects.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Monday: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Lake Forest, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Orange, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park and Westminster.
