Orange County high school seniors headed for college may want to drop by the Westminster Mall for a Simon Youth Foundation Scholarship Program application. The foundation will award a $1,500 scholarship to a select number of seniors based on academic performance, leadership skills, school and community involvement and financial need.

The Citizens’ Scholarship Foundation of America is administering the program and selecting recipients. The Simon Youth Foundation was established by the Simon Property Group to implement educational initiatives and programs. Applications are at the customer information center. The deadline is March 31.
