YARC Systems Chairman to Sell 158,500 Shares

YARC Systems Corp. in Camarillo has confirmed that Trevor Marshall, its chairman and chief executive, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell 158,500 shares of the company’s common stock.

After completion of the transaction, Marshall will hold 5 million shares of YARC common stock.

In a separate announcement, YARC said that Frances Marshall, a company director, has purchased 220,000 shares of employee-incentive stock options. This transaction has increased her holdings to 650,000 shares.

YARC developed Linux software to integrate printing technologies with the Internet and Internet browsers. Its version of Adobe Systems PostScript Printer Description Language is used to transfer images from a computer, over a network such as the Internet, to a printing engine.

YARC Systems has 20.6 million shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
