American National Now Part of Bancserv

American National Financial Inc., an Irvine real estate services company, said Tuesday that it has acquired Bancserv Inc., a Santa Ana document services company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

For 10 years, Bancserv has provided outsourcing services to the real estate and banking industries through a nationwide network of qualified notaries public, who facilitate the task of document signing by dealing directly with borrowers.
