Standard & Poor’s said Monday that it will add Harley-Davidson Inc. (HDI) and Biogen Inc. (BGEN) to the S&P; 500 index after the close of trading Friday. Out will be Foster Wheeler Corp. (FWC) and Riverside-based mobile-home maker Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. (FLE), S&P; said Monday evening. . . . Fremont, Calif.-based chip-equipment maker Lam Research Corp. (LRCX), whose shares have risen fivefold in the last year, will split its stock 3-for-1 on March 16 for holders of record March 7. Even so, Lam couldn’t withstand Monday’s rout, sliding $4.44 to $134.50 on Nasdaq.
