From Times Wire Reports

As hopes of finding more survivors faded, officials said the sinking of a ferry overloaded with 492 passengers and crew could be Indonesia’s worst maritime disaster in almost two decades. The Cahaya Bahari went down Thursday in a violent storm, survivors said.
