Death Penalty
* Re “Justice, on Both Sides of the Border,” editorial, July 14: One reason Mexico hesitates to extradite its citizens for murder trials in this country is that Mexico is a civilized country without the death penalty. Meanwhile, the U.S. is one of a handful of “rogue” countries that perpetrate violence by continuing to kill. This, even with the questionable reliability of justice in this country.
