Perceptronics Completes Sale of Operation

Perceptronics Inc. of Woodland Hills announced it has completed the sale of its PGTS and training simulator operation to Eidetics Corp. of Torrance. Terms of the sale included assumption by Eidetics of certain liabilities associated with PGTS, the transfer of contracts to Eidetics, and royalty payments to Perceptronics for four years.
Perceptronics develops, produces and markets software products and services to facilitate Internet multi-user interactivity.
