Martin Named Aliso Water Agency Chief

Ted F. Martin, president of the El Toro Water District board of directors, was appointed chairman of the Aliso Water Management Agency.

* Nick Starritt has been added to the advisory council of Exult Inc. in Irvine. He is group vice president of human resources for BP Amoco. In addition, Bruce Ferguson has been named vice president and chief people officer. Before joining Exult, Ferguson was national director of recruiting and national director of human resources for Ernst & Young’s consulting services division.

* John G. Kookootsedes has joined Irvine-based Corbin & Wertz’s practice development team as a corporate development consultant. He was previously chief operating officer of Terjon Inc., a family-owned restaurant business.

* Timothy McMullen has been named executive vice president of business development for MindArrow Systems in Aliso Viejo. He is co-founder and former chief technology officer of Epicor Software, formerly known as Platinum Software. In addition, Michael Pennell, previously vice president of product marketing with Epicor, has been appointed vice president of marketing. Joel Schoenfeld and Robert Webber were added to the board of directors. Schoenfeld was most recently general counsel and senior vice president of BMG Entertainment. Webber is president and chief operating officer of Mind-Arrow.
