The Santa Ana maker of products for the service and repair of automotive fluid systems reported net income of $323,792, or 7 cents a share, for the fourth quarter, 86% higher than $174,012, or 4 cents a share, earned in the 1998 fourth quarter. Sales advanced 15% to $3 million. For the year, net income reached a record $1.4 million, or 31 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $385,467, or 9 cents a share, for 1998. Sales increased 51% to a record $15.1 million.
