The Irvine residential building company that is developing property near the Bolsa Chica wetlands posted a profit of $600,000, or 6 cents a share, for the fourth quarter, compared with a loss of $1.1 million, or 9 cents a share, for the previous year’s final three months. For the year, the company reported a loss of $1.6 million, or 15 cents a share, compared with earnings of $4.2 million, or 35 cents a share, for the previous year. The company had no revenue for the fourth quarters of 1999 and 1998, or for last year. It said it doesn’t expect to report revenue figures until the second quarter.
