The Boys and Girls Clubs of Fullerton will hold the grand opening of the Los Angeles Times and Bank of America computer lab and learning center from 4 to 5 p.m. today at the Richman Branch, 410 S. Richman St. Funding is provided by The Times and Bank of America as part of Reading by 9, an effort to help Southland children achieve grade-level reading skills by the time they reach age 9.
