Koll Appoints Executive Vice President, CFO

Bryan W. McGowan has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Koll Development Co. in Newport Beach. McGowan was previously executive vice president and chief financial officer at Donahue Schriber Realty Group. Before that, he was senior vice president of corporate finance for Security Pacific’s real estate division and served in the same capacity with Bank of America.

Steve Stanfield has been named an account executive specializing in construction and auto dealership clients for SullivanCurtisMonroe Insurance Brokerage in Irvine. He was previously with Federated Mutual Insurance Co. in Minnesota and worked for Ford Motor Co. in San Bernardino.

Jill Williams has been elected to the board of directors of the KTGY Group Inc. in Irvine. She has been a principal for the last four years and has been with the company since it was formed in 1991.

Simon Biddiscombe has been named senior vice president and chief operating officer of Wyle Electronics in Irvine. He will continue as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Wyle Electronics last May, Biddiscombe was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose.

Daniel P. Cook has been appointed chief technical officer at Worldwide Wireless Networks in Orange. In addition to work as an information architect, Cook has held various senior management positions and provided technical consulting advice. In 1997, he founded Enable-IT Resources Inc.

Deborah B. Pracilio has been appointed a principal at LSA Associates Inc. in Irvine. She has 13 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and land use entitlements.

Harold Baker has been named senior associate and director of construction services at the Irvine architectural and planning firm of Robbins Jorgensen Christopher. Baker joined the firm in 1995, assuming construction project management, construction administration and quality control responsibilities.
