Whitewing Labs Inc. in Mission Hills reported a net loss of $166,300 for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, compared with a net loss of $15,000 for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1998. Revenues decreased to $347,400 from $579,000. For the year ended Dec. 31, the company reported a net loss of $714,000, compared with a net loss of $274,000 for fiscal 1998. Revenues dropped to $1.67 million from $3.93 million.
