Burbank Parcel Sold to L.A. Developer

A four-acre parcel at 3300 W. Olive St. in Burbank has been sold for about $20 million to Los Angeles developer M. David Paul & Associates by Equity Office Properties Trust in Chicago. The site was acquired by Equity as part of its 1997 merger with Beacon Properties and was never considered for development, the company said.
