Freshly prepared veal stew Marengo was on display at Le Marmiton the other day, but, like other entrees produced by this Westside shop, it is also available frozen. Le Marmiton specializes in classic French dishes, such as this one of veal cooked with tomatoes, white wine, mushrooms and shallots. Serve it over egg noodles or check Le Marmiton’s display of side dishes. And, of course, don’t miss the pretty tarts and other pastries for dessert.
