MValue.com Inc., an Internet privacy protection company, has agreed to lease two warehouses in Culver City and plans to convert the buildings into its headquarters.
The firm plans to complete the conversion of the property, which includes 48,100 square feet of space, by September. The start-up firm, which now occupies 4,000 square feet, employs 50 people. MValue President Jay Haynes expects to expand the company to 200 workers by the end of the year.
The value of the five-year lease is approximately $4.1 million.
Brokers Jonathan Wechsler and David Gordon of Julien J. Studley Inc., represented MValue.com in securing the raw space. The landlord, Horowitz Family Trust, was represented by Ron Rader and Doug Marshall of Klabin Co.
MValue is based at 8522 National Blvd. in Culver City.
