Free Bilingual Seminar on Buying a House

Rep. Xavier Becerra (D-Los Angeles), the Home Loan Counseling Center and First Federal Bank will present a free home-buying seminar, in Spanish and English, on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
