South Korean Blast Kills 2, Injures 40

SEOUL —
An explosion sent flames roaring through two chemical factories near Seoul on Thursday, killing two people and injuring 40 others, nine seriously.
Rescuers were trying to dig out two other factory workers believed to be buried under the rubble at an industrial complex in Ansan, about 25 miles southwest of Seoul, an Ansan Police Station spokesman said.
