Automotive Performance Group Inc.:

The Garden Grove company, which is involved in the automotive and specialty chemical industries, reported a third-quarter net loss of $147,000, or 1 cent a share, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $12.9 million, or $1.20 a share. The third-quarter results last year included one-time noncash items of $11.8 million. Revenue totaled $23,000. No revenue was recorded for the 1999 period.
