The Planning Commission is expected to approve the design of four single-family homes to be built by Habitat for Humanity. The design shows a long driveway leading to homes lined up behind one another on Starr Street.

The commission has already approved the concept of constructing the homes on a 25,000-square-foot vacant lot. Habitat for Humanity will sell the houses to low-income families who must spend hundreds of hours helping build them.
