9th Amendment
* Robert Philipson (letter, Sept. 28) says the Constitution says nothing about a right to abortion; he appears to have overlooked the 9th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
