Broadcast Group Names President

* Century City-based Consumer Broadcast Group, a supplier of consumer complaint-handling services for television stations, has named Scott W. Robinson as president and chief financial officer. Robinson will guide the growth of the 2-year-old company as it acquires new television affiliates and launches a new complaint-handling service for local governments. Robinson was most recently CFO at CareerPath.com, and has held management positions at the Disney Interactive division of Walt Disney Studios.

Chad Therapeutics Inc. of Chatsworth has promoted Earl L. Yager, executive vice president and chief financial officer, to the additional role of chief operating officer. Chad is a maker of medical devices.

Kristen Walter has been promoted to senior vice president at Sanwa Bank California. Walter, manager of compliance and Community Reinvestment Act activities, has been with the Los Angeles-based bank, a division of Sanwa Bank of Japan, for 24 years.
