Catholic Healthcare West Southern California announced the appointment of Michael Wall as president of Northridge Hospital Medical Center.

Wall is the former chief executive of Alameda County Health System in Oakland.

“He brings outstanding competencies to our region, including exceptional strategic thinking and the heartfelt support of our mission and values,” said Beth O’Brien, the head of Catholic Healthcare, which owns and operates 11 hospitals in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties.

John T. Vinke has been named chief financial officer for GTRAN Inc. in Westlake Village.

GTRAN is an optical and wireless data technology company specializing in high-speed data transfer.

Peter Bialobrezski has been appointed division president of the VEAM Division of Litton Industries in Woodland Hills. Bialobrezski replaces Al Bernardini, who is retiring after 28 years with Litton. Bernardini will serve as an advisor to Litton until August.

VEAM designs and manufactures connectors for specialized commercial and military applications in mass transit, robotics, electronics, entertainment, industrial equipment and nuclear power markets.

Litton builds ships for the U.S. Navy and governmental and commercial clients worldwide.

Moulton Logistics of North Hollywood announced two new hires. Steven Helmle has been appointed senior account manager. He will oversee the client service fulfillment group at Moulton. Debbie Amador joins Moulton’s staff as project manager.

Brian Pope has been promoted to vice president of marketing services at Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City. Pope will be responsible for developing the marketing plans for major new product programs and tactical advertising campaigns.

Scott Schiller has been named senior vice president, strategic partnership marketing, of Walt Disney Internet Group in North Hollywood. He will develop and implement partnership strategies for the group’s largest advertising and marketing partners.
