Nasdaq Seeks Universal Broadband Data

The Nasdaq Stock Market requested additional information Wednesday from Universal Broadband Networks Inc. to continue the trading halt in UBN shares that the company sought Tuesday.
The exchange said in a press release that trading in the company’s shares will remain halted until the request is satisfied.
Shares of Universal Broadband were halted Tuesday at 41 cents for the company’s announcement that efforts to secure new vendor financing were unsuccessful, creating uncertainty about its ability to continue operations.
The stock reached a 52-week high of $20.25 a share in March.
