Micro Therapeutics Inc.

The Irvine manufacturer of medical devices incurred a third-quarter net loss of $3.1 million, or 31 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $2.8 million, or 35 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Sales rose 57% to $1.4 million, boosted in part by revenue from its neuro vascular product line.
