Date Uncertain for Aspeon Audit Reports

Aspeon Inc., an Irvine maker of touch-screen, point-of-sale computers for the food service and retail industries, said Tuesday that it will need more time to complete an audit of its fourth quarter and annual financial results.
The company, which operates on a fiscal year ending June 30, would not specify a date when it expects the audit would be completed.
Aspeon’s stock fell 88 cents Tuesday to close at $2.75 a share in Nasdaq trading.
