Apartment Outlook Event Set Next Month

More than 40 real estate industry leaders will present their views on investing, developing, financing, managing and marketing apartments Oct. 2 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The daylong event will be the annual Apartment Outlook presented by the Beverly Hills-based Real Estate Conference Group.

Keynote speakers will include Preston Butcher, chairman of apartment builder Legacy Partners; and Peter K. Kompaniez, president of AIMCO, one of the country’s largest apartment owners.

Other speakers will include Richard Burns, a principal of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments; Harvey Green, president of Marcus & Millichap; Mitchell W. Kiffe, a vice president of Freddie Mac; Heidi McKibben, a vice president of Fannie Mae; and Kenneth Townsend, managing partner of E&Y; Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.
