Firm to Become Tenant at Dean Witter Tower

Insurance Services of America has signed a 10-year lease with Channel Islands Properties to become a tenant at the Dean Witter Tower in Oxnard.

The company will occupy the tower’s 21st floor, which is more than 12,000 square feet.

Bill Kiefer of NAI Capital Commercial represented Channel Islands Properties, and Greg Maradai of Travers Reality represented Insurance Services of America.
