* PepsiCo Inc. said Vice Chairman Karl von der Heyden, who helped oversee the spinoff of the company’s restaurant business and its acquisition of Tropicana juices, will retire Jan. 31. There are no immediate plans to replace him. Von der Heyden, 64, came out of retirement in 1996 to rejoin the world’s No. 2 soft-drink maker as vice chairman and chief financial officer.
