2 Generals Arrested in War Crimes Cases

Croatia arrested two army generals allegedly involved in wartime atrocities in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia. Gen. Ivan Andabak and Maj. Gen. Ignac Kostroman were apprehended at the request of the U.N. war crimes tribunal in The Hague, state TV reported. In a separate action, 10 people were arrested in connection with the recent slaying of a man who had helped tribunal investigators.
