Former Disney Chief Joins Board of Driving Concepts

Former Disneyland President Jack Lindquist has joined Driving Concepts Inc., an Irvine provider of high-performance and safety-awareness programs, as chairman of the board of directors. He is founder and chairman of the board of the Lindquist Group.

Paul Rodeno has been appointed chief administrative officer of Eldorado Bank, headquartered in Tustin. He has been with the bank and its predecessors since 1986. Before joining Eldorado Bank, Rodeno worked as a commercial lender for First Interstate Bank for nine years.

Mark S. Wolf has joined Johnson Capital Group Inc. as vice president-capital markets and director for the San Francisco region. He will work in both the Irvine and San Francisco offices. Wolf was previously a director with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP in the Boca Raton and Newport Beach offices.

Jill L. Starr has joined 76 Lubricants Co. in Costa Mesa as human resources manager. She has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field.
