Fall Forum to Discuss Effects of Technology on Real Estate

Leaders in development, finance, asset management and other disciplines will discuss the effects of technology on real estate, the link between the economy and commercial real estate, future prospects for development, and other real estate-related topics at the 2000 Fall Forum to be presented Sept. 28 by the Southern California chapter of the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Properties.

Participants will include Victor J. Coleman, president and chief executive of Arden Realty Inc.; John G. Davenport, president of the Southern California region for Spieker Properties Inc.; Jordan L. Kaplan, a principal at Douglas Emmett Realty Advisors; Stephen A. Roth, chairman and CEO of Secured Capital Corp.; Richard G. Sim, group president of investment properties at Irvine Co.; and Ron D. Sturzenegger, a managing director with Banc of America Securities. The moderator will be Brian T. Prinn, vice chairman of Lowe Enterprises.

The program at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills will take place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., followed by a reception. Cost for nonmembers is $150. For information, call (714) 979-9131.
