System of a Down singer Serj Tankian has launched a Web site, www.serjicalstrike.com, to market his own projects as well as music he says “has not been embraced by the consumer culture.” Among the first items on sale is a book of his own poetry, “Cool Gardens,” and CDs by indie bands Bad Acid Trip, Kittens for Christian, Lizard and Big Elf.
