The chart lists median prices in thousands for single-family homes and condominiums by community name and ZIP Code. Percent changes are a year-over-year comparison for the reporting month.

The price per square foot in the highlighted column includes only single-family home sales and does not include attached garages. The data include sales of existing, detached single-family homes and condominiums sold by home builders, real estate agents and homeowners. Prices, provided by DataQuick Information Services, La Jolla, are drawn from official county records and are calculated from the documentary transfer tax, when paid in full.
